Scope of Work : The Administrative Manager provides high-level administrative support to the location Operations Manager, performing a variety of administrative duties and skilled tasks as assigned, which includes assisting in the administration of projects and the management of the location office.
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting operations in the planning and execution of projects, as well the administration of the location office, including the scheduling of business activities, preparation of various documents, management of telephone and email correspondence, conducting research for special projects, and various other responsibilities as assigned.
Position Requirements

- Maintains confidentiality of all information.
- Assists the location Operations Manager with the day to day operation of the location office.
- Works with project teams to ensure attainment of project objectives.
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements.
- Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials, and reports.
- Organizes and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines.
- Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, or redirects calls as appropriate.
- Receives and directs visitors.
- Arranges meetings and conferences and prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes as required.
- Utilizes the assistance of others on "as needed" project basis.
- Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: High school/college graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
- Experience: Strong executive administrative, organization, computer, and communication skills.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish Speaking
