Flooring Center USA LLC is looking for a driven and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, NV! This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in keeping our operations running smoothly while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure office efficiency
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications across departments
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and company documentation
- Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and inventory management
- Support HR functions including onboarding, employee records, and policy compliance
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative management or office management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supervising or leading a team is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the flooring, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus
