    Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Administrative Director for the Cardiology Service Line in Albuquerque, NM.

    • Lovelace Medical Center is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, providing comprehensive care, including around-the-clock emergency care, surgical services, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke care, radiology, and oncology services.
    Responsibilities:
    • Directs and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for assigned department(s) in accordance with established regulatory agencies.
    • Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff, and ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
    • Manages operations and development for assigned area(s) with measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and customer patient satisfaction.
    • Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care hospital.
    • Must be actively seeking an MBA, MHA, or related degree.
    • Knowledge of regulatory standards for compliance.
    • Five (5) years relevant (Cardiology Service Line) experience, of which three (3) years must have been in a management capacity.
    • Valid NM Licensure may be required depending on the clinical focus of this position.
