    Position Type

    Full-Time/Regular

    The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to the Translational Dental Medicine department (2.5 days/week) and the Office of the Associate Dean for Research (2.5 days/week). These responsibilities include ordering supplies, reconciling expenses, scheduling meetings, assisting with event management, and handling faculty and guest travel and reimbursement. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Administrative Manager (TDM) and the Associate Director (Research) and may be assigned other duties as needed. Potentially eligible to work up to 2 days remotely.
