    IDR is seeking a Administrative Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a fully on-site opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves supporting the administrative team with public information requests and other related tasks, serving as a crucial part of maintaining proper records and compliance within a government or educational environment.

    Position Overview for the Administrative Coordinator:

    • The Administrative Coordinator will assist with managing public information requests and document processing within a government or educational setting.
    • This role is intended to support the team temporarily, helping to streamline workload until a permanent hire is made.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience with open records, FOIA requests, and document manipulation tools like Adobe, Word, and Excel.
    • The position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in data governance, public records management, and government procedures.

    Requirements for the Administrative Coordinator:

    • 1+ year of experience in an administrative role
    • Previous experience with Open Records or public records (public information ad requests)
    • Government or educational background (school district, university, or JuCo)
    • Professional experience pulling public information requests (PIRs) or FOIA requests and manipulating documents in Adobe/Word/Excel (redacting info, adding info, formatting, etc.)
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
