The Administrative Associate 3 manages all Department of Medicine (DOM) special projects, including faculty affairs tasks, student/fellows' education needed processing, finance office-related tasks, as well as Chair's office special project tasks.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)

EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of administrative/clerical experience; OR Associate's Degree and two (2) years of work-related experience; OR Bachelor''s Degree in lieu of experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Ability to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Knowledge of and experience using databases.

  • Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.

  • Manages reappointment letters.

  • Manages medical student letter processing.

  • Assists the P&T committee chair with promotion processing, including gathering paperwork and managing the P&T committee's voting and documentation submission.

  • Manages the DOM SharePoint and OneDrive data.

  • Updates the DOM database information.

  • Performs final review of all documents before submission to the Dean's office or DASH.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Manages reappointment letters.
