Title: Administrative Assistant
Short term assignment with possible extension
M-F 8:30-4:30
.30 minute Unpaid Lunch Break
100% On site Work
No Holiday work, Overtime or travel required
No Parking Provided-Just street parking
This position is very time consuming.
Duties include:
1. Answering incoming calls.
2. Address constituents who visit the office.
3. Assist with administrative responsibilities.
4. Be able to handle multiple phone calls.
5. Open and organize mail.
Training Provided
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience.
Preferred education: High School Diploma
Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
