The Administrative Assistant supports office operations under the Office Manager, handling billing, reporting, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include managing candidate onboarding, facilitating uniform orders, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, supporting work order management, preparing reports, handling calls and visitor traffic, maintaining files, ordering supplies, and performing additional duties as needed.
Requirements include at least 3 years of administrative experience with onboarding, a high school diploma or GED (associates preferred), bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, adaptability, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
