Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and leadership across our growing organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining a professional, efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (scheduling, documentation, coordination)
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Support clinic operations coordination (as needed across locations)
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as the company scales
Requirements

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare or multi-site environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
