The Administrative Assistant position supports the HR and Financial functions of the IT department within the Administration team. Key responsibilities include managing the CIO's calendar and assisting with senior management scheduling, ordering office supplies, and preparing and documenting CIO meetings and staff gatherings. The role also involves serving as a receptionist for the office line and visitor monitoring, maintaining the ITD building environment by caring for plants, replacing batteries, and checking filters, as well as performing general clerical work and filing. The position is based onsite in the City of Tucson IT Department, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm for a duration of six months.
