We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant in Tucson, Arizona, to support property operations and enhance guest and resident experiences.

Your responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining communication with staff, assisting management, processing accounts payable and procurement reconciliations, organizing files, coordinating activities, and handling inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year office experience, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with computers (Word, Excel, accounting systems), and flexibility to work weekends.
