Administrative Assistant – Home Health & Hospice

Spring, TX | Full-Time


About the Position


We are seeking a professional, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Home Health & Hospice team in Spring, Texas.


The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to the President, Vice President, DON, ADON, and field staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong professional correspondence abilities, and previous administrative office experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the President, VP, DON, ADON, and field staff.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.

  • Handle professional emails, correspondence, and telephone calls.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documents.

  • Check and distribute daily mail.

  • Assist with invoices, bills, and office administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements when needed.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.

  • Assist with special projects and daily office operations.

Qualifications


  • Previous Administrative Assistant or office experience required.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Strong professional correspondence and organizational skills.

  • Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and email.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare, or Medical Office experience strongly preferred.

  • Must be professional, dependable, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
