Administrative Assistant
Location: South Phoenix
Pay: $18-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist leadership, sales, and operations teams. This role involves front office duties, event coordination, basic accounting support, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and answer phones
  • Handle incoming mail and office supply ordering
  • Keep office areas, conference rooms, and kitchen clean and organized
  • Provide general administrative support to management and sales teams
  • Assist with travel arrangements for employees and guests
  • Coordinate trade shows, sales meetings, and company events
  • Help with onboarding new employees (desk setup, equipment, phones, business cards)
  • Order and manage company gear and promotional items
  • Assist with training registrations and meeting notes
  • Support sales material organization and presentations
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
  • Help manage customer and vendor records
  • Assist with collections and invoice follow-ups
  • Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and filing systems
  • Support basic fleet, billing, and job documentation tasks
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Prior administrative or office support experience required
