Key Responsibilities
COO Office Support
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the COO's office with accuracy and discretion
Support other executives with complex, ever-changing calendar management across time zones
Travel & Expense Management
Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
Proactively resolve travel changes and logistics issues as they arise

Salary range is $115,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, level, and business need. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits.
