    We are recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the leadership and day-to-day operations of an established company in the greater St. Louis area.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide administrative support to leadership and office staff

    • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials and correspondence

    • Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel and training arrangements

    • Assist employees with routine administrative questions

    • Maintain confidential files and records

    • Help coordinate meetings, company activities and special events

    • Support incoming calls, visitors, mail and general office activities

    • Assist with payroll-related activities and serve as backup when needed

    • Help with employee technology setup and routine administrative requests

    • Provide additional administrative support as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–5 years of administrative or office support experience

    • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

    • Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information

    • Experience with payroll, HRIS or timekeeping systems is a plus

    • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred

    Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
