    Administrative Assistant Role:
    The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and provide administrative support to the entire office team in a fast-paced CPA firm environment. This Administrative Assistant role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.

    Key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:
    Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally while taking accurate messages
    Drafting and sending client communications with professionalism and attention to detail
    Managing the mailing of confidential and sensitive documents securely and on time
    Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data within Excel and internal systems
    Cross-checking information for accuracy and completeness
    Supporting receivables, deposits, and administrative workflows
    Maintaining organized files, records, and office documentation
    Ensuring office supplies are stocked and coordinating ordering as needed
    Providing administrative support to multiple team members across the office
    Working independently while maintaining strong communication and follow-through


    Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required
    At least 1 year of administrative support experience
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy required
    Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
    Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities proactively
    Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
    Flexible, self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently
    Professional verbal and written communication skills
    Prior experience in accounting, CPA firm, or professional services environment preferred
