We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced legal and claims environment.

  • Operate multi-line phone systems, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and schedule claimant examinations, locate providers, and prepare case packets
  • Respond to inquiries from claimants, attorneys, and medical providers, and communicate updates
  • Assist with case development and ensure daily tasks are tracked and completed

  • Qualifications: Experience in legal or related fields, strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and excellent communication.

    Schedule & Environment: Fully onsite during training, with potential for hybrid work after. Virtual interviews conducted.
