Location: SE Portland (Woodstock Area) | 100% On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM (flexibility required based on department needs)
Pay Range: $24-$25/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments for department leaders
• 
  
• Organize event logistics, including conference room reservations, catering coordination, and meeting preparation

• Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and providing a professional office presence

• Monitor and assist with email management, correspondence, and administrative communications
• 
  
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed

• Support light budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and administrative recordkeeping
• 
  
• Assist with general office operations and special projects to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

Qualifications

• 
  
• 2+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, executive assistant, or related support experience
• 
  
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• 
  
• Professional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an on-site office environment
•
