Compensation: $52,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience, and qualifications)

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist and support multiple Attorneys and Paralegals in the Tax, Trusts, and Estates department. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, handle competing priorities with professionalism, and contribute to the efficient operation of the department.

What You'll Do

  • Provide heavy calendaring support for attorneys, including scheduling and managing complex appointments
  • Coordinate with internal departments to confirm meetings and ensure scheduling accuracy
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
  • Create, update, and maintain database records with a high level of accuracy
  • Prepare routine correspondence and administrative documents
  • Assist with document production, formatting, and organization

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Excellent administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • Accurate typing skills and prior experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, photocopiers/scanners, and fax machines

Preferred

  • 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Legal Secretary in a law firm setting
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Experience working with document management systems and CRM platforms
  • College degree
