The Administrative Assistant II ensures the efficient operation of the office by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Senior Department Administrator. This position is responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to support the team. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach, the Administrative Assistant II will contribute to a productive and professional workplace, assisting with everything from office management to event coordination. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
