    This job is responsible for providing diverse and confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management for up to 3 Local Markets Organization Executives. Key responsibilities include supporting management with administrative tasks, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expenses, gathering and reporting information relevant to/for the executive, and responding to incoming mail. Job expectations may include assisting with organizing in-person meetings and off-sites and managing different and conflicting objectives, projects, or activities in a responsive and personable manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicates with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information

    • Answers manager's phone line, documenting accurate messages, and handling calls with appropriate judgment

    • Manages the calendar of multiple executives proactively, effectively resolving conflicts that arise in a professional manner

    • Arranges and handles details related to travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and appointments

    • Prepares meeting minutes and related meeting documents, utilizing written and oral communication skills

    • Prepares correspondence, reports, and forms for leaders, following interaction with internal and/or external customers to answer questions, research, and resolve problems

    • Supports local market events, including delivery and setup of materials. Ability to lift at least 10 pounds

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must have prior or current work experience as an Administrative Assistant or comparable level of experience with advanced administrative and analytical skills

    • Experience supporting an executive with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

    • Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills, exhibiting a calm, positive and professional demeanor

    • Ability to interface with Senior Executives

    • Strong relationship skills and ability to work with a variety of constituent groups

    • Strong calendar management experience

    • Ability to proactively look for potential conflicts or issues and resolve

    • Ability to navigate in a constantly changing environment and under tight deadlines with high level of accuracy

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Ability to organize/prioritize and work well under pressure/fast paced environment

    • Ability to obtain information in a timely and efficient manner

    • Effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills

    • Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams)

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Bank of America systems including Concur, GEP SMART, Corporate Travel Services, MyFacility, visitor access system, etc.

    • Deep knowledge of the bank’s local market delivery strategy and the role of the Local Market Organization in the enterprise narrative

    Pay and benefits information

    Pay range

    $25.00 - $52.34 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

    Predictable pay

    This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
