    • Assist in ensuring the day-to-day processes/operations of the Office of Language Proficiency Testing including scheduling of all language proficiency testing districtwide.
    • Review of Attendance and Mileage forms for any discrepancies, and submit for approval to Manager and Director and for input into the Oracle system.
    • Responsible for reporting and maintaining records of absences and necessary forms for hourly and overtime for both part-time and full-time team members.
    • Review the reports obtained from the Biometric clock for absences or lateness, for support and professional staff getting the appropriate support documentation for the approval of the Manager and Director.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate and up to date records of all certified testers district-wide.
    • Reviews the overtime information for payroll for input into the Oracle system previously approved by Manager, Director.
    • Prepare daily uploads of all students district-wide requiring language proficiency testing in order to maximize district funding.
    • Follow up and create Requisitions for OLPT including all of the process of electronic approvals and submissions to get the Purchase Order number.
    • Receive and organize materials and enter the receipts into the Oracle System and file the information appropriately.
    • Prepare for the Manager the monthly spreadsheet with the detail of Testing Materials and supplies purchased, by vendor, Elementary or Secondary requests, Requisition, Purchase Order number, amount, and justification.
    • Assist the Manager with the information required by the internal and external auditor, TEA and US Department of Education Auditors regarding language proficiency testing.

    • 2+ years of experience in organizational administration.

    • Strong knowledge of the local, state, and federal regulations surrounding emergent bilinguals.
