Responsibilities include assisting with accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices, maintaining legal and contractual files, and providing backup reception support. The role also offers administrative support to senior management, including travel and event coordination.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in office support, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and confidentiality. Bilingual skills are a plus.
