We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations of our top executive. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, coordinate office activities, maintain records, and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manager calendar for top executive
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

8 to 5 Monday to Friday

$15/hr.

Position could become full time with the company.
