Summary

The Administrative Assistant reports to our Office Manager and provides support for managers and technical staff. This is an in-office position with hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with the preparation of Technical Reports related to CME's Testing & Inspection Field Services; this includes tracking, formatting, updating corrections, managing missing report log. Use of MS Excel and Word daily / frequently. 
  • Scan, upload and save plans, specifications and drawings by client and project and input technical data into E-Reporting System. 
  • Create and maintain new project checklists, technical project folders, and reference guides with appropriate documentation. 
  • Cross-train and learn other administrative functions within Testing & Inspection Group. 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; Associate degree is preferred.  
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing administrative responsibilities.   
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, Word. 
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

Compensation: $20-22 per hour
