Position at Clarvida - Colorado

Administrative Assistant

Our Administrative Assistant serves as a representative of Clarvida with clients, community members, and staff, ensuring a professional, effective, and positive office environment. This pivotal position provides administrative and clerical support to our team and quality customer service to clients. You will be a point of contact for many administrative services, such as program billing, collection and filing of program documentation, new hire reference checks, program scheduling, referral authorizations, entering client data into an EHR (electronic health record system), and purchase/supply orders.

What we are looking for:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 or more years of Administrative Assistant experience with Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe/FOXIT, and data entry in electronic health record systems (EHR)
  • Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background check in compliance with State/Federal requirements
