    Job Overview - Program Assistant - 34304

    The Administrative Assistant will directly support a non-profit with grant processing. They will be responsible for enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the team by focusing on tasks related to data entry, organization, communication, facilitation, and reporting. They will be responsible for coordinating meetings and projects.

    In this role, you will coordinate changes in schedules and set up conference calls and virtual/in person meetings. They must maintain confidentiality, respect, and professionalism during interactions with employees, leadership, grantees, community leaders, and executives.

    The Administrative Assistant will facilitate requests for information. They will be responsible for inputting and processing data. They must have the ability to quickly learn new software and programs and must have excellent interpersonal skills, be motivated to expand their skill set, and contribute to the strategic improvement of processes.

    Requirements

    • 4+ years administrative experience
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to effectively manage time, manage resources, and multi-task
    • Experience with MS Office Suite, CRM experience strongly preferred
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work
    • Demonstrated customer service skills in a professional business environment
    • Sensitivity to respect confidential information
    • An understanding of project management
    • Reporting skills
    • Ability to successfully support a team
    • Bachelor's degree
