Patriot Enterprises LLC seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to support government installation operations through Site Arrival Request (SAR) processing, travel coordination, access tracking, and compliance reporting.
Essential Duties
- Receive, review, and process SARsfor multiple installations
- Coordinate vetting with Security Forces and installation personnel
- Maintain tracking systems for travel, access requests, and reporting
- Prepare weekly and 30-day leadership reports
- Ensure compliance with government travel and installation requirements
- Update SOPs and administrative documentation
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; higher education preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to pass extensive background check
