Seeking an Administrative Assistant in Norfolk, VA to support leadership teams with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, office maintenance, document management, and meeting preparation.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating security clearance processes, maintaining security documentation, providing security briefings, and supporting access control requests.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be a US citizen with or able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance, and possess strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Must handle confidential information discreetly, multi-task effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
