This dual-role Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to both the Human Resources Department and the Superintendent's Office.
Part A: Human Resources support includes managing calendars, coordinating events, handling correspondence, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with district policies.
Part B: Superintendent support involves managing schedules, facilitating communication, coordinating meetings and district events, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with district initiatives.
Qualifications include an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred), at least three years of administrative experience, strong technical skills, and excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
The role requires confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with some evening commitments for Board meetings. It is an equal opportunity position with a salary range of 27 and above.
