Description

The Office Administrator will:

  • Coordinate and manage project documentation for the construction department.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize project files.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Profile

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Offer

The Office Administrator will receive:

  • Base salary up to $60,000
  • Comprehensive benefits including 100% employer paid healthcare
  • PTO, sick time & company paid holidays

  • Working hours: M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm
