Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in specialty inks, is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join their team. As an Admin Assistant, you will be an essential part of the plant support staff, working closely with the HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, aligning well with the company's commitment to excellence and teamwork.

Job Title: Admin Assistant

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the main point of contact for plant administrative functions.
  • Prescreen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling with the Operations Team.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and employee engagement events.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in SAP and other systems.
  • Support HR and Operations with general administrative duties and special projects.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
