· <\/span><\/span>Act as a primary contact for customers before and after sales.<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships (CRM).<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Manage order processing, including creating quotations and generating billing.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Prepare and deliver spares backlog reports with accurate revenue data.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Record and track service activities, equipment failures, and feedback.<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act) processes for billing and contract revenue.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Work with SAP CRM to maintain customer data and installed base records.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Reduce billing/collection cycle time to meet financial goals.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Provide administrative support to managers and create reports for leadership.<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, finance) to meet revenue and service goals.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Handle multiple priorities during peak fiscal periods.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Ensure professional communication and exceptional customer service.<\/span>

Skills:<\/b><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).<\/span>
<\/p>
·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with order management software (SAP CRM strongly preferred).<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Knowledge of billing, quotations, and account management processes.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Customer service–oriented mindset, with relationship -building skills.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.<\/span>
