Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred · Previous accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience · Basic knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Experience with QuickBooks and Acumatica preferred · Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills · Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour .

    Job Summary
     We are seeking an Accounting Specialist Clerk to support daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, data entry, reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical, proficient in Excel, and has prior bookkeeping or accounting experience.
