Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:

Process cash applications for assigned properties
Reconcile payments to tenant portfolios
Maintain deposit tracking
Communicate with property accounting team and tenants
Support accounts payable check runs
Other ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant:

3-5 years' experience in accounts receivable cash applications functions
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or experience equivalent (+4 years)
Experience in property management or real estate is a plus

Salary range:
$55,000 - 63,000
