Remote position supporting loan processing and sales for mortgage applications received from Wholesale Loan Brokers.
Collaborates with Account Managers to manage loans from submission to closing, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Secures and reviews documentation such as WVOE, transcripts, verifications, and disclosures to meet loan conditions.
Monitors loan pipelines, communicates with brokers, and updates loan data proactively.
Ensures timely funding, meets deadlines, and maintains thorough documentation.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications include strong computer skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, organizational and communication skills, and prior mortgage or customer service experience preferred.
