Essential Functions:
Responsible for the sales, distribution, and promotion of specified company products to existing accounts in assigned territories. Ensure a high level of customer service performance that includes sales order administration and problem resolution
Meet and exceed assigned volume goals in accordance with objectives
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. An account executive should target servicing a minimum of 10 accounts on a regular workday
Attend all area sales meetings and contribute with customer update, feedback, and trends
Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations
Report activities on a consistent basis to the Executive Vice President Sales & Marketing – Sirna & Sons Produce
Communicate with the customer service and transportation department to meet customer delivery requirements
Communicate with night operations and buyers to meet customer needs
Provide customer service duties as necessary and required

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 3 years of successful sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service-related products
Maintain insurability on the company’s commercial auto policy to service existing and new accounts at customer locations
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000/Year + Commission (Based on experience)
Physical Demands:
Lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Travel as required
