We are a fast-growing, customer-focused auto glass and windshield replacement company looking for a hungry, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to build and own relationships with fleet operators, commercial businesses, trucking companies, construction firms, car dealerships, rental car agencies, and insurance providers.
What Youll Be Doing
Prospect, cold-call, and visit businesses that operate vehicles with frequent windshield damage (fleets, trucking, construction, delivery services, heavy equipment, municipalities, school districts, etc.)
Build a referral pipeline with insurance agents, adjusters, claims managers, and agencies who can steer windshield claims directly to us
Present our superior service, fast mobile response, OEM-quality glass, lifetime workmanship guarantee and direct-billing capabilities
Close deals on the spot and secure ongoing fleet maintenance agreements
Attend local networking events, trade associations, and industry meetups
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets and referral-partner goals
Who Were Looking For
Proven B2B outside sales experience (auto glass experience a big plus, but not required well train the right person)
A hunter mentality you love cold-calling, door-knocking, and turning no into yes
Existing relationships with fleet managers, insurance agents, or commercial accounts is a huge advantage
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Excellent relationship building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and big commission checks
Comfortable using CRM software sales tools.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
