    Description

    Oregon School District is seeking Administrative Assistants to cover on an as-needed basis throughout all schools in the district.

    Examples of some tasks are as follows:

    • Greet and assist students, families, staff, and visitors in the main office
    • Take and maintain accurate student attendance records
    • Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff
    • Provide clerical support such as filing, copying, and data entry
    • Distribute mail, messages, and school communications
    • Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
    • Help with office organization and daily operations as directed

    There will be a 2 hour required training.
