Job Summary#CA-SSThe incumbent is responsible for sustaining an environment of intrinsic goodwill for the practice while providing optimum services to patients. The supervisory role supports a particular team of agents and lead(s) to provide a high level of service to all patient inquiries as well as to meet the needs and guidelines of the departments served and existing processes.This position is responsible for the direct supervision of 18‑22 schedulers (PSR II) agents, and 2 PSR III leads with the Primary Care team. Providing monthly one‑on‑one meetings, HR and payroll related functions, performance management, and more. Within Primary Care, this role provides leadership support to four CPG clinics: Midtown, Midtown Commons, Elk Grove, and Carmichael. Supporting with error correction, documenting clinical changes impacting appointments, service issues, and physician concerns.Cross‑supporting the greater Primary Care team consisting of 76 agents and two supervisors responsible for updating workflows and training staff to policy and process changes for a dynamic team of 107 physicians, 32 APP, and 117 Residents.
