District Overview: Continental Alarm & Detection, a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, is a turnkey fire protection contractor headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. With talented people and extensive resources, Continental Alarm & Detection has completed a wide range of projects within 46 different states throughout the nation since 1971. Continental offers complete construction services for all markets and project sizes as well as testing and maintenance services in Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, and other Life Safety Systems.

Other Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance, Work productively and meet deadlines timely, Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
