Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, providing expert advice on Wildix UCaaS solutions Conduct detailed assessments of client infrastructure to recommend appropriate solutions Collaborate with the sales team to design customized UCaaS solutions, including network design, integration strategies, and deployment plans Develop comprehensive solution architectures and create detailed proposals, diagrams, and presentations for clients Maintain expertise in Wildix UCaaS products, features, and capabilities, staying updated on industry trends and providing guidance to internal teams and clients Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific client requirements, addressing technical inquiries and ensuring client understanding Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, addressing technical objections and negotiating technical aspects of contracts Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market trends Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, technical documentation, and training resources Set-up a Wildix solution like PBX and support new partners in their first implementations if required.
