Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Strategy and Assortment Propose category-level assortment strategies for key owned classifications that ladder up to seasonal direction and brand goals Curate product selection and assortments for key categories to successfully bring to market, ensuring the right product mix is executed at the right time Develop product strategies by channel and account to optimize revenue, profitability, and timing to market Ensure assortments reflect EILEEN FISHER’s commitments to sustainability, simplicity, and timeless designPerformance Analysis & Iteration Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and optimize assortment Partner with the Merch Planning Manager to assort and iterate off the established line plan, providing category context and recommending adjustments as the season evolvesUse competitive analysis and consumer insights to inform assortment decisions and keep the line relevant.
