Minimum Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field + 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance + Proven track record in enterprise budgeting, financial planning, and revenue cycle oversight + Experience leading business analytics or decision support functions + Deep understanding of Net Patient Service Revenue (NPSR) and healthcare reimbursement models + Experience in large, multi-entity health systems or academic medical centers + Familiarity with value-based care, population health, and risk-based contracting + Experience with platforms such as Strata, Kaufman Hall, Oracle, Workday, Epic, or Cerner .
