To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in related discipline/and or equivalent experience • 1-3+ years of experience in preparing agreements for relocating utilities in accordance to local, state and federal utility accommodation processes and practices • 1-3+ years of experience as a utility coordinator on state and local DOT projects or comparable experience working for utility companies • Microstation/AutoCAD skills a plus • Proficiency with Excel • Must be able to demonstrate ability to manage project budgets • Design Build experience a plus • Must be able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills • Understanding of safety protocols.
