Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required, supplemented by three years of experience in carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system repair or a related field, including one year of lead or supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
