LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum : • Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing • Current MICN certification (to obtain through Sierra Sac Valley within 2 years of employment) (current employees in the department will have until March 2020 to obtain/renew) • Current CPR • Current ACLS • Current PALS • NIHSS Certification, (must obtain within 12 month of hire/transfer and maintain currency) (dept tracks) • ENPC (must obtain within 12 month of hire/transfer & maintain currency, subject to course availability) (dept tracks) • TNCC (to obtain within 12 months of hire/transfer & maintain currency, subject to course availability) May not fulfill the role of Trauma Team Leader until obtained, and Trauma Academy completed (dept tracks).
