The Enterprise Legal- Associate General Counsel- Principal role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Provide senior-level legal advice and counsel to Capital Markets clients, with primary support for Structured Transactions and Securitization Policy, on mortgage-related securitization activities, structured transactions, and related business initiatives. Provide legal advice regarding Fannie Mae's mortgage-backed securities programs and related disclosure obligations, including offering and disclosure documents, ongoing and event-driven disclosures and investor communications, and investor relations matters relating to securitization activities.
