Responsible for general building structure and equipment operation, maintenance, and repair, including but not limited to air conditioning units, refrigeration units, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, furnishings, fixtures, elevators and fire protection systems. These skills are typically acquired through a minimum of three years' experience in Engineering operations (preferably in the Hotel/Resort Industry) and/or through a bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field and one-year experience in a supervisory capacity.
