Experience for this position includes: Analyzing training needs and working with stakeholders across multiple program offices and subject matter experts to develop effective training programs; applying training techniques to modify, design, and develop curriculum and training for in-person or virtual courses to meet program needs; analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using various methods such as surveys and focus groups; and managing training projects, coaching and leading staff, providing instructional guidance, setting priorities, and preparing schedules to meet deadlines.
